Terms of service

Agreement

Goldpan is operated by Frontier Endeavors LLC, doing business as Goldpan (“Goldpan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Goldpan (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Goldpan is a board for the listings your AI agents find while shopping. Your agents search marketplaces and send listings to Goldpan; you decide which to keep. Goldpan does not search marketplaces, buy or sell anything, or contact sellers for you. Any purchase is between you and the seller, outside Goldpan.

Your account

You agree to:

  • Give accurate information
  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure
  • Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for everything done with your account, including by the agents you connect and the people you share your pan with

Your agents

You choose which AI agents and apps to connect, and you are responsible for what they do with your account and how they collect listings. Follow the terms of every marketplace and website your agents visit; some do not allow automated access. Your use of an agent is also governed by its provider’s terms. You can disconnect an agent at any time in Settings.

Sharing

You choose who to share your pan with and what they can do. Share it only with people you trust: someone you let sift can keep, toss, and buy finds in your pan. When someone shares a pan with you, use it only as they allow, and leave it when you no longer want it.

A link you make to some of your labels lets anyone who has it, with or without an account, see the finds it shows and vote and comment on them, and it can be forwarded. Send it only to people you mean to show those finds to, and turn it off in Settings when it has done its job. If you open someone’s link, these Terms apply to what you do there: the owner, and the people they share with, see your votes and comments, and the owner can delete them.

Listings and your content

Listing text and photos belong to their sellers or marketplaces. Goldpan stores what your agents send only to show you your board, and claims no ownership of it. We do not check listings: prices, availability, descriptions, and photos are as the seller published them, and may be wrong or out of date.

You keep ownership of what you add, such as labels, decisions, and comments. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it only to operate the Service for you and for the people you share it with.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights
  • Submit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or get around its limits
  • Gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to another person’s account
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Send spam, or collect information about other people without their consent

We may remove content that breaks these Terms, without notice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and text (but not listings or your content), is owned by Frontier Endeavors LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of it without our written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account at any time, without notice, including for:

  • Breaking these Terms
  • Conduct that may harm other users or the Service
  • Long inactivity

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. When your account closes, your right to use the Service ends and we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE, OR THAT DUPLICATE OR TOSSED LISTINGS WILL ALWAYS BE RECOGNIZED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTIER ENDEAVORS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE FROM A LISTING, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frontier Endeavors LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the agents you connect, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will tell you about significant changes on the Service or by email. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
